Danube Delta

After so much traveling around the world, this year I decided to spend a late summer vacation much closer to home — in the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO Natural World Heritage site, hosting the third largest biodiversity on the planet (after the Great Barrier Reef and the Galapagos Archipelago), and located a mere 120km from my native town of Braila, Romania. Enjoy this collection of photos and I do encourage you to visit if you have a chance!
